Who answers for this site

Reserve Restaurant Furniture runs this website and answers for the information collected on it. If you have a question about your information, write to sales@restaurantfurniture.online. The desk opens at 8 AM and closes at 6 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday.

What an order record holds

Placing an order stores several things. You give a name, an email address and a ZIP code, and you may add a company name, a telephone number and project notes. The order carries each piece with its finish, quantity and price. It also notes the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. Staff read every order in a private dashboard, and a copy arrives by email; that copy is the working file for confirming the order, quoting freight and arranging payment. Delivery details are passed to the makers and carriers of the furniture, limited to what the delivery needs. Your information is never sold.

Cookies and visit counts

The site sets two cookies. The session cookie holds your basket and protects the forms, and the browser discards it when you close the window. The secure cookie, good for up to 400 days, is what lets this browser find its seating plans again. Separately, we count visits that reach product pages, saved seating plans, the basket and a sent order, so we can see which pages lead to orders. Every count is tied to a random reference that retires after 30 minutes of inactivity, holds no name, email address, IP address or cookie value, and is deleted after 90 days. Known bots and our own staff are left out of the counts, as are visitors whose browsers send a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. Our hosting provider writes its own security logs, which may contain IP addresses. No advertising trackers are present.

Where seating plans are kept

A seating plan lives on our server, in a record that belongs to this website alone. The record has the plan's name, your notes, the chosen pieces with their quantities, the saved prices and the finish references. The secure cookie is what opens a plan: the browser that holds it can, and a browser without it cannot. Clear your cookies or move to another browser and your plans are out of reach. There is no account to sign in to and no link to share. Plans you archive can be restored from the seating plans page. Leave contact and payment details out of the notes.

How long records stay

Order records are checked once they have been idle for 24 months, and whatever we no longer need is deleted. To see, change or remove the order information held about you, write to sales@restaurantfurniture.online. Please keep card numbers and other payment details out of every form here. Once an order is confirmed, payment instructions follow by email.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare also measures aggregate page loads and browser performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track you across other websites. Browser blocking and processing delays may leave gaps in these measurements.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, successful order-request submissions and basic browser and device information using first-party analytics cookies for up to 180 days. Google processes the measurements for Visual Media Factory. Order events contain no name, email address, phone number, order reference or order contents. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. We remove query strings, fragments and referrer paths from the page-view data we send.

You can decline without losing access to the site. Use Analytics settings in the footer to withdraw permission and remove our analytics cookies. Your choice stays in this browser. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Contact pr@visualmediafactory.com with privacy questions.
